How Our Network Works
Who Answers Your Call
People often think they are calling a big company with its own crews. Not here. Julygreater Walk-In Tubs is a referral service. When you reach out, you are connected with an independent local provider in our network.
That provider is a separate business. They give you the estimate, schedule the work and do the job.
What the Provider May Ask
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider understand your bathroom.
- What kind of project do you have in mind?
- What is the size of your bathroom and doorway?
- Is the tub or shower on a main floor or upstairs?
- Do you need a seat, grab bars or low entry?
- When would you like to start?
Photos or measurements can help. You do not need to know technical terms.
Questions Worth Asking
Ask before you hire. A good provider will not mind. Try these:
- Are you licensed and insured? A good answer names the details and offers proof. A red flag is a vague answer.
- Is the quote in writing? A good answer is yes, with what is included. Be wary of a price that changes after the visit.
- Who does the work? Find out if it is the provider's own crew or a subcontractor.
- What about older plumbing or floors? Good providers explain how they will check and handle it.
- What does the warranty cover? Ask for it in writing.
Pressure to sign today is a red flag.
You Stay in Charge
You can take your time, ask for more than one quote and say no. Homeowners can safely help by clearing the room, taking photos and measuring the space. Plumbing, drainage and sealing are work for professionals with the right tools.
